We will explore techniques together to invite the “ahha” moments where colour, shape and texture support coping, soothing, and weaving your journey in a better direction.

I offer art psychotherapy from a feminist, anti-oppressive, client-centered approach, drawing on narrative therapy as well as over 15 years of front-line work with diverse women, 2SLGBTQ1 folks and children of all ages, who have experienced IPV, trafficking, trauma, depression, anxiety, mental health struggles, neurodivergence, systemic barriers as well as navigating life in a polycrisis.
